ODM/OEM Shapewear Manufacturer Serving The World
We run a precision-driven shapewear factory built for private-label growth: rapid prototyping, scalable compression capacity, and quality that stays the same from your first sample to your hundredth container.

Four shaping architectures cover almost every brief we receive. Start from the silhouette your market already buys, and we build the pattern, grading and compression around it.
Air-Shape
Seamless circular-knit pieces where the compression is engineered into the yarn.
See CollectionHP-Shape
High-waisted briefs and girdles for postpartum, post-surgical and daily wear.

Who We Are
Sculptwear grew out of a small shaping-garment workshop and stayed close to the machines: pattern makers, knitting technicians and QC staff who have spent their careers on stretch fabric. We are not a trading desk that forwards your brief to an unknown floor — your order is quoted, sampled and produced inside the same building.
That is why brands come to us before they have a tech pack. We turn a reference garment, a fit complaint or a competitor sample into a measurable specification, then hold production to it.
- One dedicated merchandiser per account, English-speaking, replying within one working day.
- In-house pattern, sample and compression-test rooms — no third-party sampling loop.
- Support for both directions: your tech pack, or our ODM development from a mood board.
Our Production & Quality Control
Every order passes the same five gates. Nothing moves to the next stage on a verbal OK — each gate has a record your buyer can ask for by order number.
1. Fabric & trim inspection
Incoming knit and power-mesh rolls are checked for weight, stretch recovery and colour against the approved swatch card.
2. Cutting verification
First-off cut pieces are laid against the graded pattern before the bulk lay is released, so size drift is caught at piece one.
3. In-line compression check
Operators measure tension and seam placement at fixed intervals; measured values are logged against the agreed compression band.
4. Fit trial on live bodies
Each style is worn by fit models across the size run so that roll-down, ride-up and gusset comfort are tested, not assumed.
5. Final audit before packing
Carton-level AQL inspection of stitching, bonding, hardware and labels, with photos issued for the shipped batch.
Third-party testing on request
We can submit bulk or pre-production samples to the lab your market requires demo and hand you the report file for your compliance folder.
Advanced Production Facility
Four capabilities decide whether a shaping garment keeps its promise after twenty washes. These are the ones we keep in-house.
Precision Cutting
CAD-graded patterns and multi-layer cutting held to a tight tolerance so left and right panels stay symmetrical demo.
Seamless Knitting
Circular and flat-bed machines knit compression zones directly into the fabric, removing bulky seams under clothing.
Fabric Sourcing
Power mesh, nylon-spandex, bamboo and recycled yarns from vetted mills, with swatch cards and test data on file.
Documented Operations
Written work instructions and traceable batch records for every style we run demo.

Fully Customizable Shapewear
Bring the fit problem, not a finished tech pack. We will define the garment with you and document every decision, so the second order matches the first.
- Fabric & hand-feel — power mesh, nylon-spandex, cotton blend, bamboo or recycled yarn, chosen by compression target and market climate.
- Compression level — light shaping through firm medical-grade tension, verified by measurement rather than description.
- Size & grading — your size chart, our grading, or a fit session on live models before the size run is frozen.
- Branding — woven labels, heat-transfer logos, custom hardware, hangtags and polybag or gift-box packing.
What We Offer
Two ways to work with the factory. Most accounts start with one and grow into the other.
OEM Service
You send the tech pack, pattern or approved sample; we handle grading, cutting, compression production, QC and export packing to your specification. Best when your design team already owns the fit.
- Counter-sample against your measurement sheet before bulk
- Your label, hardware and packing specification
- Batch photo report and shipping documents per order
ODM Service
You bring a mood board, a competitor reference or a gap in your line; our designers and pattern makers develop the style, then you approve it before production. Best for launching a shaping category without an in-house pattern team.
- Style development from reference garments and sketches
- Existing blocks you can re-label and re-colour immediately
- Private-label exclusivity on developed styles, by agreement
What Our Clients Say
Buyers judge a factory by how it behaves when something goes wrong. These are the patterns our accounts describe most often demo.
“The counter-sample arrived close enough that we skipped a second round. That almost never happens with a new shaping supplier.”
“We care about reorder consistency more than price. Three seasons in, the fit has not moved.”
“They asked the awkward questions about our size chart before sampling, which saved us a whole production cycle.”

Frequently Asked Questions
The five questions overseas buyers ask us first.
What is your minimum order quantity?
Minimums depend on the construction: seamless knitted pieces need a lower entry point than cut-and-sewn styles with custom hardware and dyed-to-match trim demo. Tell us the style and target quantity in the form below and we will confirm the exact minimum for that build in writing.
Can you produce from our tech pack, or do you develop the style?
Both. Send us a tech pack, pattern, measurement sheet or an approved sample and we produce to it. If you only have a reference garment or a mood board, our team develops the style and pattern first, then you approve the counter-sample before anything goes to bulk.
How long do sampling and bulk production take?
Counter-samples typically take around one to two weeks once fabric is confirmed, and bulk runs follow a schedule agreed at order confirmation demo. Peak season, custom dyeing and new hardware all move those dates, so we quote timing per order rather than as a blanket promise.
Do you arrange testing and certification for our market?
We can submit pre-production or bulk samples to the lab your market requires and share the report for your compliance file demo. Certification belongs to the tested product and buyer, so we will not claim a certificate on your behalf — we give you the test evidence to support your own.
Are you a factory or a trading company?
We are a factory. Pattern making, knitting, cutting, sewing, compression testing and packing happen in our own facility, which is why we can answer technical questions directly and why your sample and your bulk come off the same floor. We welcome factory visits and third-party audits.
